My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The hotel boasts a fantastic location with great access to ski slopes and stunning mountain views. The cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home, while breakfast offered a delightful selection to start each day.
Communication with staff can be challenging due to language barriers, and noise from the reception area can disrupt the peace during evenings. Some guests also found the dining areas needed a refresh.

The recently renovated rooms offer comfortable beds and adequate storage despite being a bit small. The boot room serves as a decent spot for ski gear, and if you time it right, you can ski back to within 100 meters of the place when there's enough snow. that's a bonus for ski lovers.
The advertised mountain views are a complete miss. many guests reported no attractive views were available. Expect noise from the reception and nearby rooms, due to paper-thin doors. Breakfast is a hit-or-miss with guests noticing rotten fruit, and the lack of consistency with replenishing items means you might find yourself asking several times for basics. The lounge and dining areas feel dated and underwhelming compared to the rooms, and don't bother looking for a safety deposit box since they treat it like an unnecessary luxury.

I stayed in a single room for 5 nights. The room was small but comfortable, with a nice recently refurbished bathroom. The hot water was great, and the bed was surprisingly soft. there wasn't much storage space which made it a bit tricky. The bedside lamp could have been a bit brighter for reading. it felt cozy and practical for a ski trip!

Cozy atmosphere and stunning location
Staying here was a delightful experience. the reception area felt like a family living room, which instantly made me feel at home. The rooms, although a bit snug, were recently refurbished with comfortable beds and lovely decor. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a good selection of cereals, fruit, cakes, and cheese. One improvement could be to have a greater variety of hot breakfast items.

Cozy hotel with recently refurbished rooms. Close to ski lifts, making access to the slopes easy. Reception area feels like home. Limited storage space in the room made unpacking difficult. Breakfast selection can run low at times. Would recommend for skiers looking for budget options.

The recently refurbished rooms are comfortable with decent hot water and soft beds, making them snug for a ski trip. Breakfast provides a range of items including cereals, fruit, and cakes, though it might require some prompting for refills.
Don’t count on mountain views from the rooms. most guests reported that the scenery was disappointing at best. The noise from thin doors can be quite distracting, especially with sounds from the reception permeating through at all hours. While the boot room can hold ski gear, it lacks a heated boot rack, which might be a letdown for some. Storage space in rooms is minimal, which can be inconvenient for longer stays, and the dining area's overall vibe feels a bit dated compared to the modernity of the rooms.

The cozy atmosphere truly makes you feel at home, and the rooms, albeit small, are warm and well-decorated. The boot room is adequate for skiing gear, but communication gaps with staff and difficulty finding storage space in the rooms can be a bit frustrating.
